Business Intelligence Analyst

Develops and implements customized reporting solutions with business intelligence purposes using Microsoft BI technologies; manages / leads customer project to develop / identify business requirements based on customer requests.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's Degree in Business / Computer Science related field or equivalent business experience; experience with SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar reporting tools such as Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports or ProClarity Client; ability to think strategically from client's perspective; development experience from inception through delivery in team environment; understanding of relational database concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Preferred skills include knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server; Query Analyzer; TSQL; SQL Server Reporting Services; SQL Profiler; Data Modeling; ERWin, Visio or similar data modeling tools; experience with ETL processes and relevant Microsoft Certifications.

C# Application Developer

Develops and maintains a large retail accounting application in a multi-platform environment.

Qualified applicants have at least 2 years experience with stored procedures-based development using Microsoft SQL. Other experience requirements include: 2 years programming with C++ or C# in a Microsoft Windows environment - Microsoft.NET preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of accounting principles, POS devices, pricebook, and retail automation industry experience is a plus.

Consultant

Assists customers with the implementation of retail accounting software and requisite training.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's Degree in Business / Accounting or equivalent business experience, experience supervising a team, and project management experience. Ideal candidates possess PDI or other large accounting software experience, strong accounting experience, or convenience retail or wholesale petroleum operations experience, a customer service orientation and are willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Professional project management certification is a plus.

Executive Administrative Assistant

This position provides administrative support to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and is responsible for: sorting and distributing mail, performing contract research, assisting with preparation of proposals and presentations, database maintenance, industry event administration, and logistics.

Qualified candidates have excellent organizational skills, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and are highly proficient in Microsoft© Office products. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience and ability to travel for industry events.

Instructional Designer / E-Learning Specialist

Takes a leading role in developing a state-of-the-art, interactive training program for multiple audiences, including PDI's employees, customers, and the convenience store/wholesale petroleum industry. Designs and develops synchronous and asynchronous learning modules according to business requirements. Uses knowledge of best practices to create and maintain e-learning modules on a wide range of topics, such as accounting, inventory management, business intelligence/analysis, consignment, software installation, etc. Works with SMEs, technical writers, and customers to integrate training with product documentation effectively. Manages diverse projects with strong interpersonal skills, dedication to quality and accuracy, ability to evaluate conflicting priorities, and commitment to deadlines.

Qualified applicants have a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent experience and expertise in instructional design, instructional technology, or education. Exceptional writing and grammar skills are required. Proficiency with MS Word is required, and experience with Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, Techsmith Camtasia and SnagIt, Author-it, or other training software (including LMS and reporting systems) a plus. Pricebook Analyst

Provides pricebook maintenance services collaborating with customers and vendors to complete daily pricebook processing and maintenance. Adds and maintains merchandise data, such as product descriptions, vendor costs, retail prices, product categories and sub-categories, promotion prices, item traits, sales unit and size information, and more. Processes daily files submitted by vendors, such as item updates and invoices, and performs other data maintenance as needed. Technical Services Consultant

Performs remote and on-site technical support for PDI customers on external and hosted environments. Commonly supported third-party systems include: Windows Server 2003/2008/2008 R2 environments, terminal/remote desktop services, IIS, SQL Server (7.0 through 2008), Exchange Server (5.5 through 2010), virus protection, LAN and WAN technologies, iSCSI and SAS SANs, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Hyper-V, and mobile device email. Clients include Windows 95 through Windows 7. Hardware support includes servers (tower, rack, and blade), desktops, printer configuration, switches, Cisco routers, and firewalls (including software VPN clients). Duties include staging servers, managing technical support calls and call queues, and performing after-hours support on a rotating basis.

Qualified applicants have a related college degree or two or more years' experience in a technical environment using Windows Server. Additional requirements include: hands-on experience installing and configuring hardware with a focus on HP hardware; outstanding troubleshooting skills; ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, small-team environment; and the ability to travel.

Technical Writer / Instructional Designer

Writes software manuals, release notes, and installation instructions that support company technical products. Tests software and corresponding documentation. Works with SMEs to develop checklists, implementation guides, and instructional materials for a wide range of topics, such as accounting, inventory management, business intelligence/analysis, consignment, retail store management, etc. Manages diverse projects with strong interpersonal skills, dedication to quality and accuracy, ability to evaluate conflicting priorities, and commitment to deadlines. Reviews published material to recommend revisions to content and format. Helps manage databases and installs instructional hardware and software for documentation, testing, and training.

Qualified applicants should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, instructional technology, or education. Instructional design or instructional technology education or experience strongly preferred. Exceptional writing, editing, and oral communication skills are required. Proficiency with MS Word is required. Experience with Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, Techsmith Camtasia and SnagIt, Author-it, Microsoft PowerPoint, courseware tools, HTML/XML, and other training software (including LMS and reporting systems) a plus.
